Our Approach

We begin every relationship with a conversation, helping you identify and prioritize which goals matter most to you. Whether it's transferring wealth to the next generation, customizing financial strategies to help you pursue your passions, or providing guidance to help you stay informed, we start by listening to learn more about you.

Taking a long-term, fee-based approach to investing, we use asset allocation and diversification, and other risk mitigation techniques, to develop a plan designed to minimize investment risk.  We believe that inflation risk is a greater threat to long-term investors than temporary price fluctuations and seek to employ time-tested risk mitigation strategies.  To do this effectively, we use advisory managers to fill the asset allocations, as well as leverage Stifel's Chief Investment Office and Chief Economist Office reports.  We also employ the Certified Financial Planner™ certification process to ensure due diligence and best practices are conducted throughout our relationship.  To learn more about the CFP® certification, click here.

Rather than trying to “time the market” in the short term, we focus on developing long-term strategies tailored to your long-term needs.  We place a greater emphasis on helping our clients pursue their long-term goals with reasonable risk-adjusted returns while reviewing their portfolio's progress on a consistent continual basis.

Asset allocation and diversification do not ensure a profit or protect against loss.

As a client, we will regularly review your portfolio and will meet upon a case-by-case basis. During our meetings, we will:

·      Adjust your plan according to your goals and family dynamics

·      Review your asset allocation

·      Reassess your assets and liabilities

·      Evaluate your insurance needs

·      Tend to all other financial issues
